Keynotes for Impact
What can you expect?
Keynote presentations by Norman Chorn are designed to comment on key issues and challenges faced by your team or organisation.
They are interactive and lively, and focused on providing insightful and motivating experiences for participants.
In order to prepare for a keynote, we would:
- Have a discovery call or meeting to identify the specific focus of the keynote, and to understand the context of the team or organisation
- Share some relevant information about the event, the organisation and the participants involved
- Agree the content of the keynote once a draft is developed for your review.
Most keynotes are between 60-90 minutes in length (virtual or in-person) and will involve some form of visual aid, particularly if the audience is large. However, keynotes can be designed to meet the specific requirements of your participants.
Areas of Possible Focus
The content of the keynote could include some or all of the following areas:

Developing a growth strategy or high impact business plan

Enhancing your strategic thinking through a range of techniques

Creating alignment of strategy and culture to improve strategy implementation

Improving your personal resilience and/or the strategic resilience of your organisation
In each case, Norman will address the specific context of the organisation and the challenge/s you face and highlight any key messaging you wish to share with your audience.
